Job Description
 

Breast cancer is a significant contributor to morbidity and mortality worldwide. Pakistan has the highest incidence of Breast Cancer in Asia and 1 in every 9 Pakistani women is likely to suffer from Breast Cancer at some point in their lives. With a death rate of 26.76 per 100, 000, Pakistan ranks 7th worldwide when it comes to deaths due to Breast Cancer.
Public Health Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(PHAKP) being a leading organisation to work for this cause in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa nowdesires to work in the capital as well and for this . PHA KPneeds a Project Managerbased in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural-born leader, he/sheshouldhave a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, she/he should be motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Objectives of this Role
●       To develop the project concept note, PC-1, scope, work plan, budget, IEC materials
●       Strategize, implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
●       Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
●       Oversee multiple project goals, ensuring its goals are reached
●       Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
●       Work closely with the project sponsor, multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
●       Manage people for program deliverables, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
●       Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
●       Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
●       Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities
●       Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Skills
●       Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
●       Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
●       Working knowledge of IT
●       Research /Literature review
●       Communications & Coordination Skills
●       Excellent report writing skills
●       Critical & Strategic thinking
●       Self-starter

Preferred Qualifications
●       17 years of education from an HEC recognized institute/MBBS/Pharm D/ Master’s degree in Public Health or related field
●       5+ years in a management & project handling role
